Yes! Registering as a Spot Owner on Parqcar is completely free. There are no subscription fees or upfront costs.
To verify your listing, we may require: a valid National ID Card (CNIC), proof of property ownership (deed, title, or utility bills), or a rental agreement with landlord consent if you're a tenant.
When you book a spot, payment is held securely until the owner accepts. If accepted, payment is processed; if rejected, you receive a full refund including the platform fee. We support cards, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
Parqcar charges a 10% platform service fee on each booking. For example, if parking costs Rs. 1,000, the platform fee is Rs. 100. This covers secure payments, customer support and platform maintenance.
Yes, you can cancel bookings through the app. If you cancel, you receive 50% refund to your wallet. If the spot owner cancels, you receive a full refund plus the platform fee. See our refund policy for details.
Your earnings are credited to your in-app wallet after each completed booking. Withdraw anytime but with a minimum of Rs. 500. A 2% withdrawal fee may apply (minimum Rs. 50). Processing may take 1-2 business days max but usually can be withdrawn instantly.
Spot Owners are responsible for their premises' safety and security. We encourage reviewing spot ratings and reviews before booking. Always secure your vehicle and remove valuables. Parqcar is not liable for any damages.
