Open the app and allow location access. Browse available spots on the interactive map or use the search feature to find spots near your destination. Select a spot, choose your date and time, review the pricing, and tap "Book" to confirm your reservation.
Yes, absolutely free! There are no registration fees, subscription charges, or upfront costs to list your parking space on Parqcar.
To verify your listing and ensure community safety, we may require: (1) Valid National ID Card (CNIC), (2) Proof of property ownership (deed, title document, or utility bills in your name) or (3) Rental/lease agreement with landlord consent if you're a tenant. Additional documents like NOC from housing society may be required for certain properties.
Go to the Map tab in the app, tap on your location to add a new spot, fill in the details including name, description, pricing and availability schedule. Upload required verification documents. Your spot will be visible to all users once our team approves it within 24-48 hours.
Our team reviews all submissions within 24-48 business hours. You'll receive a notification once your spot is approved and live on the platform. If additional documents are needed, we'll contact you via email or in-app notification.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Easypaisa, and JazzCash. You can also add funds to your in-app wallet for faster checkout. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.
Parqcar charges a 10% platform service fee on each booking (Rs. 10 per Rs. 100). For example, if parking costs Rs. 1,000, the platform fee is Rs. 100 (total: Rs. 1,100). This covers secure payment processing, customer support, and platform maintenance.
Earnings are credited to your in-app wallet immediately after each completed booking (minus the 10% platform fee). You can withdraw to your linked bank account anytime with a minimum withdrawal of Rs. 500. A 2% withdrawal fee may apply (minimum Rs. 50). Processing takes 1-2 days max but usually can be withdrawn instantly.
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) and secure payment processing. Your card details are never stored on our servers. All transactions are protected with advanced security measures and fraud detection systems.
Yes, you can cancel bookings through the app. Go to your booking history, select the booking, and tap "Cancel". User cancellation: 50% refunded to wallet, 50% to owner as compensation, platform fee is non-refundable. Owner cancellation: 100% refund plus platform fee returned to you.
If a spot owner rejects your booking request, you receive a full refund including the platform fee. The entire amount is returned to your wallet immediately with no charges.
If you need to extend your parking time, you can contact the spot owner to check if the spot is available for extension or you can contact customer support as well.
Spot Owners are responsible for their premises' safety and security measures. We encourage you to review spot ratings, read reviews from other users and check photos before booking. Always secure your vehicle, lock doors, and remove valuables. Parqcar operates as a platform and is not liable for any damages or theft.
